Small Group Sessions

Small Group sessions are the primary training option at Flowstate. Sessions are held six days per week, and are capped at six trainees each. All sessions begin with a 20 minute mobility based warm-up utilizing breathwork, ground movement, and balance training. Next, we move to 20 minutes of high-intensity training using bodyweight, kettlebells, sandbags, maces, clubs, and medicine balls. Finally, the session ends with a 10 minute cool down that employs meditation, yoga, breathwork, and tension-relaxation drills. Due to the limited amount of trainees allowed per session (6), the Small Group experience can be tailored to a large array of fitness levels.

The current Small Group schedule is as follows:

Monday - Friday at 6:30am

Monday - Thursday at 6pm

Saturday at 9am
